I just got all the episodes in the cylon head packaging. This is great. I'm really enjoying watching them again after so long. I don't know if I had seen all of them or not, but I certainly did not remember everything.
I'm wondering if the sci-fi series was any good. I never gave it a chance just because I wanted to see the original episodes again. If they had aired those, I would have been more receptive to the idea of a new series. If you mean the original seires which I remember seeing as a young lad. I enjoyed those enmensely. When I had a peek at the newer version I thought that it was half and half type of thing. I still prefer the original over the newer battlestar galatica personally. But that is just based on preference though. Some people like the new one over the older series.

While I'm neither a Battlestar Galactica afficionado, nor a enthusiast, I did like watching the most recent BSG on Sci-Fi. I was not so impressed with the last season, but I'm intrigued with watching it, mostly the new season having more meat in the backstory. (IMO) But like I said.. hehe. The Sci-fi's newest stuff is looking best..

I remember watching V. If I'm not mistaken, it was a 4-part miniseries or something like that, and the aliens were lizards with human masks or something like that. I seem to remember there were laser guns. That's all I really remember about it.

I forgot to mention that, yeah I watched V when it came out. I was up somewhere in the middle of nowhere NM in the mountains at Dad's friends house, built on stilts 15' above the ground.....
I was watching V. All I remember honestly is that the aliens started rippin skin at the airport... hahah. that sounds lame.. and I would remember alot more if I read the plot.. all I know is they watched it on satellite. Scary for a 6 yo who was up on mountain trails - wondering if I was going to fall off the edge... and yeah... long story short - good times.

Oh, this is sweet. I found the original mini series on VHS. I had no idea that this ever released. I Might as well order the final battle too....
