Hey... What is everyone's favorite food?
For me, it's Tacos..... No lettuce, just beef and cheese. Tacos makes the world go around.. ... but NO TACO BELL or any other fast food tacos... Has to be from a Mexican restaurant that doesn't put too much onions in it.
I also like pizza but it has to be just cheese or pepperoni and the sauce can't be too rich.
I normally despise fast food, but I have to have an egg-and-cheese biscuit in the morning from McDonalds or where ever.
I guess most of us loves our mother's cooking. Mine makes a mean beef stew that will drive ya crazy. mmmmmmmm..... I also love her steak and mash potatoes. My mom cooks lots of stuff and I'm always over there eating. Last night she made some of the best spaghetti I've ever ate (and I normally don't like spaghetti).
I guess I started this thread cause I'm so freaking hungry right now and there is nothing here to cook. I'm also short on cash so looks like I'm just going to try and wake up a friend of mine and make her cook... lol....

Hmmm Lets see there is pizza like you. but prefered it all dressed up over here. Normally from one place that I can think of makes a very good and juicy pizza CHateau de Bisbriand. My other favorite food is SOuvlaki with the ztaztiki sauce to go with it. A little bit messy but delious all on it own. Oh before I forget Tortilinni is another paste I like to have that goes well with Pizza as a side dish with it.

Well...
As for mom's cooking...uh, no. After the multiple sicknesses that sprang forth from her culinary abortions, I just can't eat her cooking anymore.
As far as fast food, Arby's is the way to go. Bacon Beef N' Cheddar...yum.
Cinamon Toast Crunch! That's the all time favorite! ^.^
Some good fried calamari hits the spot. A bit of sushi every once in awhile. Curry is always a good thing.
Some good (correctly cooked) Bourbon Chicken...oh man...my mouth waters...
Oh, and sugar toast. Gotta have me some sugar toast.

I just love steak and mashed potatoes. Except I eat the Idahoan brand instant mashed potatoes. I compared them to Potato Buds, and Idahoan truly is the best for me.
I also love hamburgers. If you were to ask anyone in my immediate family what I eat when I am taken to any restaurant, they'd say "a hamburger". In fact, they usually entice me to go when I'm invited out to eat by saying, "they serve hamburgers". When I hear that, the light turns green!!
Actually, I recently discovered for myself a really, really good hamburger called "Bubba Burger". It's a box of frozen hamburger patties. I get the sweet onion flavored ones (I just love onions mixed in a hamburger patty). I saw them one time while shopping and I read on the box, "You'll never bite a burger better than a Bubba!". So, I bought a small box and found that statement to be quite true. Even though the entire hamburger isn't the best, I'm almost ready to say that it's at least the best hamburger patty I've ever had. I've yet to find the perfect hamburger bun. But it's so tender, so moist and juicy, and so easy to cook. I cook it on a skillet, and it comes out perfectly every time. It's a pleasure to eat.
But for me, nothing beats the way Hormel used to make their Dinty Moore Beef Stew in the 24 oz can. I used to mix that with buttered Creamette Extra Wide Egg Noodles cooked in salted water. I liked it so much that I wanted to have it every single day! I sure miss it...
Oh, and I really want to mention Pilgrim's Pride Sliced Chicken Strips. I tried all the others from the grocery store, and these are by far the best. I even e-mailed them about it, and I happened to mention that if it weren't for Wendy's discontinuing their chicken strips, I might not have "discovered" Pilgrim's Pride. I think Wendy's' chicken strips were my favorite, and I told Pilgrim's Pride that theirs are just about as good, if not better than Wendy's. Then they replied telling me that Wendy's was using their chicken strips! Well, no wonder I like them so much.
They kind of remind me of KFC's original recipe, but with a little bit less flavor. But only a little bit less. They're good without dipping sauce, but they're awesome with it. I got it narrowed down now to a triple-dip (but I don't mix, nor do I dip three times and then bite): Cattlemen's Original Barbecue sauce, Billy Bee Honey Mustard (or French's Chef's Blend Honey Mustard, which is quite different), and Heinz Ketchup. Yeah, ketchup. lol My first experience with fried chicken was combined with Heinz ketchup.
MMmmmm. I think I'll be having some chicken strips in a little while here... where to buy abortion pill http://blog.bitimpulse.com/template/default.aspx?abortion-types buy abortion pill online _____________________________________________________________________

Today I had the opportunity to enjoy one of my absolute favorite foods!
I'm a really big seafood lover, but this isn't about that. I'll rave about my love for seafood another time.
I'm talking about Puerto Rican rice and beans with patitas (pronounced pah-TEE-tas). I get rice and beans a lot. It's not your average rice and beans, it's a Puerto Rican rice and beans - LOTS more flavor than what most people are used to (who don't regularly enjoy Puerto Rican food).
The patitas is what REALLY rocks though. It's SOOOOO frickin' good that I have to lick my fingers clean frequently during consumption. It's kind of a hands-on food. You eat it with a fork, but its sticky, gooy, and you often have to touch it while eating at times - especially with the bones and all. It's a type of pork. Unfortunately, its also full of bones. The experience is a little like eating regular water melon, only instead of spitting out the seeds, it's the numerous little bones. Aside from the annoying bones, the meat is amazingly delicious! The way my wife cooks it, it slides right off the bones. No need for a knife, it's so tender, you can easily slice it with a fork.
I really stuffed myself silly today. I love this dish so much and my wife rarely prepares it because it's one of those more labor intensive meals to prepare.
Ahhhh, patitas. One of my truly favorite foods.
Oh, I get some left-overs tomorrow. They're just as tender and delicious the second day too.

I like making El Paso tacos at home. You know the ones you can fry up the meat, Shred some cheddar, Lettus, Tomato's, And I think some salsa as well in there. I at something like six or seven of them in one seating. Or the other thing that I like is Hot dogs with Salsa and poutine. (A poutine is french fries with curd cheese and bbq dipping sauce on top of that.)

My favorite food is the dead flesh of the Giant Enemy Crabs that were actually in ancient Japan.

Lately I've been eating a lot of turkey. Of all the fowl in this world, turkey is my fav. I'm not talking about lunch meat turkey, I'm talking about the good old fashion whole turkey that is home cooked.... mmmmmmmmmmmmmm..... and I love dipping that stuff in BBQ sauce. mmmmmmmmmmm..... and I have left overs........ and going to eat it for breakfast.
Hey.... If I am what I eat, I'm a turkey taco.... lol....
