i saw a while back that there was a B5 pc game called shadow wars - but i couldnt find it in stock anywhere. anyone know of this?
found the cover on a site that gave it a really bad review

Wasn't really a game, just some multimedia pack with a 2D game thrown in.
The real deal was Babylon 5: Into the Fire, which was lamentably canceled by Vivendi/Sierra. The story was actually supposed to be part of B5 canon. In fact, there's actually B5 footage that was shot specifically for the game that Vivendi/Sierra refuses to release.
When Auric gets the search feature on this forum working correctly, you'll be able to find a few threads in which B5 and B5:ItF were discussed.
