I believe it's a novelized version of the SLG comics.

Yeah, I'm 99% sure this is a graphic novel version of all 6 issues of the comic (aka what's known as a trade paperback). Lurkinghorror will of course confirm if it is or not.

No, it won't be a written/text novel. It's all 6 issues of the illustrated comic collected together into one book.

I knew that all the issues would be collected into one book, but I'm surprised it's already being listed on Amazon. It's not even up on SLG's site yet!

Looks like it's being released on June 29th? That would mean issue #6 of the comic should be released around the same time. (It would be odd for the paperback to conclude the story before the regular comic.)

Lurkinghorror confirmed to me that this is indeed the 6 issues of the comic collected into one book. It's not a text novel.

Gonna have to pick this one up too!
