The Profile of a TRON fan

We know TRON is not universally accepted or even considered (this is not to say anything of the emotional response to TRON, this is just to say that many people don't 'get it'; for if they did 'get it', we'd have TRON 3.0 by now lol).

For you what is the attraction?
I will mention my own attraction for the sake of helping anyone who posts with what I am looking for in response (though of course, I plead that you respond with your own thoughts freely, for only the unhewn stone of truth will be decent).
- Dominant blue color scheme
- Ghostly glow alongside lines and primitives
- The emotional association of the noises and ideas of computers and video games; That association giving an automatic emotional character to the TRON motif
- Primitive shapes and simple structures
- Satisfaction of nothing hidden; To wit nothing is within the structures and all is there before you to be taken in and considered; All is known and accounted for

I think of Tron, as a language. Everything in life could be present in a world similar to the experiment described in "Tron", varied just like materials that make up the universe, in Tron, I see the landscapes in a place that makeup our physical state, as a cell, and enjoy the thought of why I am like a computer to them, but I have a profound appreciation for that comparison, to language.

I like the perception of the raw ability of a man inside of a computer. As an inventive person, I enjoy looking at an experiment where you are a new invention driven through a world that is completely conceptual to what you know, sciences umbilically giving knowledge within a computer science living breathing system of language -represented and symbolized in Tron, with experiences reasoned throughought every detail in the digital world, yet simply organized into a man's life experience.

Yea, what you said.

I read every word of your response. For me to spin on it in my words would be to disgrace it. I am glad you posted exactly as it occurs to you.

If a man thinks about things very deeply, though they be honest, their statements will not be accessible to most people.

The medium between the philosopher and the layman is compassion in this manner: The philosopher who spends as much time learning how to talk to the layman will do a thousand good deeds where in simply seeing the truths for himself, he does only one good deed his whole life.

The greatest deed is to learn how to talk to every individual that meets you, as if you were their best friend.

I tell you this because you spent time of your life responding to my post. I hope that you can take the deep insight you've gained throughout your life and perhaps not aim for published material that is speaking to those just like you, but learning how to give the life of truth to those who have no reason to like you.

I use my mind timelessly, and understand it's uselessness, yet I am resolute, and present my understanding mostly linearly.
many people use mind games by proxy, and may or may not decide to use virtuous behavior, so to myself, I decide not to use double standards, and I'm unconcerned with living under the pile people leave in society, I do believe
you have to help society become aware of how delicate and carefully you should attain understanding, and attune cultures to reveal how unseen and misused they've become today. Not to develop wars.

That is something I say and do frequently, and yet this is peculiar, and I will not change how it affects one person, nor will I attempt to change that person, unless they are open to discussion.

Speaking which, a friend of mine was the most recent person who addressed the relationship of a cell to Tron. and I would rather any observers concerned with the notion I attain any knowledge by self will, or for gain, to think otherwise. OR thoroughly.

(cough mod cough cough)

Thanks. I don't really preach to the choir, and I try not to practice philosophy, it's a bad excuse to be good at socialism.

If I were to express what you've described as reason to mature others, although I don't socialize in the manner you speak of, I just reflect on life, and teach others in a way they understand similarly it serves some purpose..
and if people see evidence of faith, that's because I do walk by faith, and sight.

Since your admonishment is duly understood however, I would say that I am that way by nature I know why it's important, I share with people I see all the time. (yes I have a life)

I'm sure most people here do just what you're describing. I know my friends do this.

For my own understanding of TRON, I feel that the thing that I like about it best is the fact that anything you create has your signature on it.

I also like the fact that there is life inside of a machine that supposedly has none.

I also like how analog that whole entire Movie felt, like, some one tried to make a world out of midi file music, or tried to create architecture out of radio waves. The art style is just so fascinating. That's why I gravitate to it I guess, the style.

Another thing I like about TRON is how it shows how we can't always trust machines to do the work for us. Like how the MCP would have eventually controlled the world if he would have not been stopped.

The thing I like last is that TRON also shows how everything has a will to be free and survive. Even if it is a program.
