There are some people who actually practice playing Guitar Hero/Rock Band guitar in a way other than practice mode.

What I do is I look up a good song in a Guitar Hero game I don't have on Youtube. Then, I pick up my good 'ol Wiitar (Wii Guitar Controller) and play along.

So, if applicable, how do you train your radical facemelting skillzzzzzzz for Guitar Hero, other than doing practice mode?
