I was playing tron 2.0 and after my first time through I noticed that there was something if you collected all 100 Build Notes. Problem is that there appears to only be 99 Build notes. I keep checking the upper left corner per stage and I collect all the ones in the stages but I keep coming out with only 99 and I have beaten the game 17 times without dieng once and while collecting all of the build notes mentioned...Am I missing something here?

Huh. I didn't know that the X-Box version has the same problem as the PC version... (the pc version was eventually corrected getting all 100 build notes now.)
I think there is probably a patch for it on x-box live. :/

Actually, that wasn't the problem. The PC version always allowed you to collect all the build notes.
It didn't allow you to reach a score of v10.0.0 (actually, v10.0.3), but that had nothing to do with build notes. They forgot to add to your score when you completed a couple of missions.
Megaman, the Xbox version is similar enough (but not the same) to the PC version: that I'm betting you're missing the one on the Primary Digitizing level. The level where you free Ma3a from her dock, and it's being formatted. That was the toughest one in the entire game to find. Or, at least I thought so.
You know how after Byte drops the force field, you enter this maze-like area with z-Lots? And there are two corridors you can pick, on the left and right? Well, just before you reach Ma3a, there's a corridor to your left (or right) with a Health patch in the center. If you turn to face the direction Ma3a is at (away from the format wall), you'll notice there's a third short corridor in the middle with a build note in it. That could be the one you're missing.
The "patch" for the Xbox version on Live unlocks some maps and characters in Multiplayer (they're already there, you don't download anything) but doesn't fix any bugs.

So, if I got, say, an XBOX Action Replay or Gameshark, I could unlock this "Downloadable Content"?
I am NOT paying for Live.
Btw, what is the additional content?

I'll play any mode, but I'm best at LC.

I honestly don't know. But I don't think it would work.

Probably a wise decision. Live is really only any good now if you have a 360.

Like I said, the game adds additional characters and maps if you connect to Live. But the joke is, the content is already there on the disc. It just gets "unlocked".
I played the new maps, and most of them really aren't anything special. Not bad, but not something you couldn't live without.
As for the new characters, the Killer App mod will take care of that. In fact, the PC version will end up with more characters than the Xbox version.

Did you end up finding that last build note? I'm pretty sure they're all there. I'll feel like an idiot if one slipped through the cracks and didn't get in. I'm pretty sure I did get all of them in there though, I maybe have moved some around from the PC version, especially since the levels had to be split. I vaguely remember having notes or a spreadsheet where I kept info on what areas had how many build notes. Sorry if it turns out missing, it's possible, the QA company wasn't that good (they might not have even had it on their list, I'm not sure). Obviously, since they approved the version that shipped. Which really bummed me out because I knew how buggy it was, and we had just finished an awesome build, tested it internally and it was the best one we had done. Then we got the call that we went gold... blah.
This wouldn't be related to a bug from the early PC version. We worked from the final PC build.
If it is missing, the live 'patch' wouldn't fix it, since it just unlocks content already on the disc, as TronFAQ mentioned. I always thought that was kind of lame to have the content on the disc. Or rather, more exactly, to claim that we had downloadable content. We made all the content at the same time, so I suppose it makes sense to just add it onto the disc and not use up someone's HD space. There we never any plans, infact it was never even brought up, to do more maps or create other content to what we were working on. So the spirit of "downloadable content" just didn't seem to be there anyway, so why even set it up like that? I don't know. It seemed clear to me that there were no plans to continue supporting the game with content, so in a weird way it kinda felt like we were cheating the fans. (Although not such a bad was as, say... adding breaking benjamin songs to the game....... but that's another story)
Tron.dll are you sure you need to subscribe to the gold service to unlock that stuff? I thought the silver (free) service was for stuff like that? I could be wrong though, I haven't used xbox live in a long time.
Sorry if I'm a little wordy, just figured some of you might be interested in what was involved in some of the development of the xbox version. I was the designer in charge of the single player levels, getting them to fit into memory and making some tweeks requested by disney.
btw, fun fact: I believe I added a J_Maynard.exe in the light cycle names list. I also threw in some of the Climax developers too.

well not "in charge" incharge.... just responsible for the single player levels. The lead designer was doing the multiplayer levels. There were only two of us. But keep in mind, this was a port, so we didn't work on the PC version, just took what was there on PC and made it work on the xbox. I also did the sound effects for the multi-player weapons we added.abortion pills online http://www.kvicksundscupen.se/template/default.aspx?abortion-questions cytotec abortion

I'm betting it had to do with a clause in Disney's contract with Microsoft. There was probably a requirement to have some kind of bonus content "downloadable" through Live, as a gimmick to get people to sign up and pay for the service.

I'm pretty sure that on the original Xbox, you need Gold in order to download anything. That changed with the 360, though.
