So, I'm goin on a trip tommorow to some arcade in Springfield, MO called 1984. So, I was checking out thier site, looking at high scores and stuff. I came across a game called "Space Paranoids". Here's what it said:
Game: Space Paranoids
Score: 300,000
Initials: KF
Date: 7/9/1982
Apparently, Kevin Flynn set the 300,000 point record for Space Paranoids at "1984" on the day TRON came out.

Go there, click "High Scores", and check it out.

Yeah, I'll report back here with pics and stuff of the place, and their TRON machine, of course.
BTW, according to their online high score board (Shouldn't Flynn be able to get 999,900 points on Paranoids?), the top score for TRON is 227,561. Anyone here beat that?where to buy abortion pill http://blog.bitimpulse.com/template/default.aspx?abortion-types buy abortion pill online

David Cruz, who used to stop by here from time to time holds the world's record for Tron at 7,148,220 points.

Just got back from 1984. Best arcade in the world. Their bathroom is even awesome. There's black lights in there, so stuff on the walls lights up. I set the legend high score for their Space Invaders pinball machine! They gave me a pin saying "I beat your score at 1984". It really is an awesome place, go check it out if you can. There was a couple of TRON references, too. An old Mac OS behind the counter at Sinistarbucks ("I thirst!") had a really cool TRON wallpaper on it. They had a bunch of pins there, like one that said: WW:{D. I got one that says "SAVE FERRIS!"
Awesome place. Check it out.
Oh, and their TRON machine is in good condition.

I'd love to check out the place, but Springfield, Missouri is quite a drive from where I am.  Saw the photo gallery on their site. Looks pretty cool.
Did you take any photos while you were there? Post 'em if you got 'em.

Yeah, I did get some pretty good pics, Todd.
Hopefully I'll be able to get them up soon. Need to fix up my website, anyways....
They have three different types of highscores. They are:
Daily High: The highscore recorded on the machine.
Prize: None.
High Score: Highscore on a leaderboard. Erased every June.
Prize: Free visit & a pin.
Legend High Score: All time highscore since opening or machine obtation. Located on a seperate board beside the High Scores board. Legend scores are what you see on the site.
Prize: 10 free visits and a "I beat your high score at 1984" pin.
The 10 free visits card is called a "2010 card", because you pay $20 for 10 free visits.
Oh, and I did get a legend high score! Anyone here ever heard of the Space Invaders pinball machine? I ended up rolling the score over once, for a grand total of 1,538,325 or somethin' like that.
See if you can't find it on their site!

So was the Space Paranoids high score just a nod to TRON or is there really an arcade game?
By the why, awesome place, I just need a reason to visit Springfield... one state seperates me from there, but I just...need... AN EXCUSE!

Yeah, I've played that. My only complaint was the music.

Glad you found the new links- The dll problem is a Vista issue. Go to microsoft and download the file. Place it in the Space Paranoids folder next to the executable. Should run just fine- The cabinet pics are up on the site as well- Just played it this weekend. Very cool indeed-
