Hey guys.. I'm a first time poster here.. I recently remade the opening titles to Tron for a motion graphics class I was taking - thought you might like to have a peek..

Love it. Great work Dan.
Other than the already noted "Cindi" issue, my only quibble is that the cycles need to move faster to give it more energy. Everything else moves at a good pace, but the bikes need to be shooting through the scenes.
Excellent otherwise.

Minor spelling mistake can be over looked on this but that is okay. And like what davetron had mentioned for the light cycles going at right angles more sharply on it. But it is a great piece of work on it. And I'll admit that there.

If you'll recall, though, Cycle can not turn at right angles outside of the Game Grid. Difference of opiion I suppose.
My only nit pick is the Recognizers. The "legs" are a bit too long and the "head" could use a bit more work. The only reason I know is because I myself had to create a 3D model of the Recognizers; I know those thing inside and out. Other than that, great vid! The only fathomable reason I suppose they didn't use it is
1) They thought the original opening credits would blow peoples minds.
2) Some people might think it gave away too much of the story elements, even though it was a very good idea.
Y'know, that could've been the ending credits. That would've been cool.

I loved your TRON opening credit sequence! Very cool!
Since people have already pointed out the general things I would have pointed out, I'll skip the shoulda's and just say it was really cool. I can tell some good time and planning went in to this. Very nice! I hope you do more work like this - especially in the world of TRON!
