If this is your first time on a MMORPG like WOW I would go for the Paladin class, well balanced and there damn hard to kill. Mages are good, more of your long range type class. But as is always the case mages are not to good for the first few levels. Once you start getting more Mana and spells then your on your way to kicking serious butt.

The warrior classes are not so good, not much in the way of skills until the later levels. If you dont want to play in a group then I would stay away from this class. I play both a mage and a Paladin and I am doing well on my own with both of them. However my girlfriend usually tags along when I play my mage character (she is also the same class). Basically my real advice would be this:

If you have enough time to play the game for long periods of time, then have one of every class that you fancy trying out.where to buy abortion pill http://blog.bitimpulse.com/template/default.aspx?abortion-types buy abortion pill online

ugh. WoW, played that as my third or fourth MMO, my friends were playing it. Advice...Don't, I REPEAT, DON'T roll Alliance. Shamans FTW. It's a good MMO to start out with, just sucks til your running tier 3 and you noticed you can't match ANY warlock in pvp. So, I suggest City of Heroes, best MMO ever. You will be deeply hurt by the pain of getting addicted to WoW. Im just kiddin, have fun, okay game, gets you introduced to MMOs, not the nest tho

I had to take a break from WoW because my friends and I were never able to play at the same time.

Ironically, we're all playing FFXI for the third time in a row and we're actually playing together. (Of course, the game practically forces you to play together. :P)

Kia: Cool. I'm a infamous mythological perfect User.

I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE FFXI!!!! GREATEST MMO EVAR! Unfortunatley, I'm saving for a Car now, so all my paychecks go to an account now. But I loved that, had a maxed summoner/ninja/black mage/white mage/monk. On Asura. I hate that they delete your characters after three months. They should keep them forever.
