Hi gamer22 welcome to the TRON Sector!
First, thanks for downloading my map, I hope you like it once you get it working.
Second please make sure you download the current version of CLU_DISPATCH which is V1.1 or you will not be able to play people online.
Lastly, check out the TRON 2.0 mini FAQ sticky post at the top of this forum section. it should answer your question regarding accessing custom maps.
