If so, it happens to everybody. Even with the latest patch, the game will still randomly crash back to the desktop. Just keep trying to get past that point. Eventually you'll make it. Change the path you take when the ceiling caves in. It's almost as if there's a certain spot on the map where if you walk into that spot, the game crashes.
