I was thinking of trying to make a costome based on the skin fopr Jet & Mercury!!! and didn't want it to look cheap!!!!
any ideas, materials etc.... post you ideas  pictures etc

For Halloween 2007 right? Man you didn't leave your self much time...
Your going to need some unitards. Make the armour out of 1" & 2" foam from the Fabric store and glue paper facing to it so you can paint it. Your going to have lots of painting to do. I recommend spray paint and airbrush and lastly brush and paint markers.
A lot of the items & paint I used for the costumes I made I bought online - you probably don't have time for that really.

I don't have any ideas on that, the program costume I was thinking of making is just a sweatsuit with yellowish tape on it.

hmm that sounds simple enough but yah i dont think i will have enough time
simple idea tho eh! cash kinda an issue as well .. for now .. me thinks i will have to do this next year
