Can you do a recreation of the scene in TRON 2.0 where the SLC glitches while climbing the incline?

For simplicity's sake, reaplace the SLC with the normal lightcycle.

Do you have any screen captures to work from? I own TRON 2.0 but my PC at home isn't up to snuff in terms of being able to play it so I haven't seen the scene to which you refer.

Also please don't wait on me as I've been swamped at work lately so it might be a while before I'd get a chance to play with POV-Ray again. However if I get some free time and someone else hasn't beaten me to the punch I'd be happy to try.

Carl

Post some screen caps and little more information about what you want

You could just capture video from the game using additional software. I forget the name of it though...

Also give a better description:

how long of an animation?
what resolution?
what is my motivation? Beverages? awesome DJ Aussie E mixtapes?

I can maybe put this together for you real quick depending on what you want. Also if you want the SLC instead of a regular light cycle I can probably do that.

Sorry. The screencaps I got have bad detail.

However, I got how it happens:

*Light cycle goes up ramp
*Rear wheel emits sparks
*Wireframe flashes over model
*As the light cycle clears the ramp, it explodes in a white star burst.

OK?

Something in 800x600 rez, please.

Call it chance, but I think I haven't seen you at the sector in forever. But then again, I was away for a while too...

Sorry, I can't help you with all the effects you want this project would require more time then I've got to spend. The Game Resolution is like 1024x700 so that more then you requested.

I recommend you use FRAPS and capture the scene.. why reinvent the lightwheel.
