This reminds me. I had just heard some weird early 80s song on Yahoo! LaunchCast radio the other day. I wish I knew who it was so I can search YouTube for a video of it. The song was like 7 or 8 minutes long, it was a female, it was kind've electronica... and the first minute or two (or more?) was her speaking (not singing) weird things into the microphone while there was weird synth music going on. I think her voice was electronicized a little bit too. Ring a bell with anyone here? I would like to see if YouTube has a video of her. This does ring a few bells, but I can't place it right now. Was the music style "New Wav"??? ... and did the girl's voice sound American or English???
