I wondered, is there any plan for an online version of Tron? I think it would make a great online game.

Commerically = No.
Fan created (A free version) = plausible
Fan created by some Korean programmers and eventually trsanslated to English (A free version) = Also kinda plausible
I think there may be some engines out there that could work. Or if you had the AS/Flash know how, you can make a Flash based MMO. I'm just not too sure how that would work though. ^^;;

I personally think the world of Tron is perfect for some kind of MMO, however there's not one planned.
Or is there now?
In any case, a good MMO would be mighty difficult to accomplish. If someone wanted to try, they'd definitely need a whole team to help create it, then maintain it... But a Tron MMO would be awesome.

If you can aim like 2.0 and fight like RDR, (i.e. just like RED D. Revolver--3rd person, etc. melee attacks... ...)

I was going to make a forum based RPG where we would all act out our characters and have a system of 5 Games Masters who would create storylines for the players to follow. It was also going to have Real world and program sections so you could role play both because ususally when something is going down in the world of the programs there is a user behind it.
Players could opt to be good or bad programs or completely independant to the system. I just never got around to completing it due to lack of time. But it was something and still is something I would really like to have a go at doing just to see how it grows.
