Well first and formost make sure your running it on 10.2.3 or higher (preferably 10.3.x or 10.4.x). 2nd if you are having a problem with your superdrive (or other reader) that could cause this. use disk utility (or disk copy for 10.2) to make and image and mount that. IF the problem doesnt go away then try an other 10.2.x compliant openGL game...if it fails then openGL is failing the you have a driver issue. If memory serves tron2.0 on mac is a macPlay game and they may have a patch for you...I haven't played the mac version since I worked at apple (over a year ago) so I don't remember if there was a patch. If nothing there works you could always back up your home folder and do an Archive and install from your original os 10.x.x media (under options on the screen where it shows the internal hard drive, make sure you check Archive Install and Preserve Users and Network Settings just to be safe) IF you are running 10.2.x though Archive and Install is the LAST option as its a pain to re-patch to current and can be most difficult if your install cd's are 10.2.2 or older.

Yeah, the natural line of thought would be to use the LOL . . . but it uses too much energy. So unless you are dead-on every time and don't miss, you'll be out of energy and can't recharge fast enough in order to get all the ICPs each wave.

The Ball Launcher is the best weapon to complete this part, overall. It has splash damage, so if you have a near-miss it will still cause damage. Especially if combined with Corrode. It also allows rapid fire.

Though once I completed this section with the Ball Primitive. It's hard, but it can be done. I heard someone also managed to complete it with the Disc Primitive.
