I have a grade B GCSE in german. i probably know a lot more than i think i do.
i prefer speaking in English for obvious reasons, that being that it is my "müttersprache"

Don't you worry about your "bad English". That won't be a problem here! In fact, all of us native English speakers don't do so well with English ourselves!
I've met up with some Germans on the light cycle game grid before (TRON 2.0 multiplayer light cycles) like Bit - he tears up the game grid pretty well, and also speaks (or at least types) English pretty well too. )
