I made this damn fine tron skin that I will share with you guys! BUT BUT BUT
How do I embed a flash (swf) file here; I made a 3d spin around and its pretty light weight. BTW I am a huge flash enthusiast  where to buy abortion pill http://blog.bitimpulse.com/template/default.aspx?abortion-types buy abortion pill online

If you want to embed it, then you have to:
1) Find a file hosting service that will host it for you.
2) Submit it to the sector and link to it once it's in the File Archive.

I'd say just submit it to The Sector using the Members Upload function, as Boingo_Buzzard suggested. If it's TRON related, chances are it will make it in to the permanent TRON File Archives.
