Ahh, I remember my 16th birthday so well. Got my driver's licence! My ticket to freedom and independence!!!
Of course, I shattered all illusions of responsibility when I destroyed the family car a couple of weeks later.

why, why must you taunt me with the stories of getting a drivers licence at the age of 16?
i would've had to wait untill 17, but now that the law has been changed, i now have to wait untill i'm 18. that sucks beyond belief!
