Here in Illinois, it's kinda easy to get it... or at least it must be cause Illinois drivers are the worse.
...but the thing that is the killer, is the car registeration. Every year they keep adding several dollars to it.
On good and yet bad thing is that you don't need one of those enviromental stickers that some states require. It's good because everything else is expencive, but bad because there are a lot in my area who have cars that puts out a lot of nasty exhust. I'm not a crazy eviromentalist, but I really hate driving behind someone's car and coughing my head off. It's bad enough that I can't quit smoking... much less breathing that crap.
I still can't find the Sark DL I was going to post so I'll just have to make another one.
While on the subject, I got these pics stored on photobucket.com but they only allow 5mbs... Does anyone know of anothere place I should check out to store pics at that I don't have to pay money for (i'm a cheep bastard.. lol)
