Something that I just thought of about time travel. I don't know where else to put it. If the time machine stays in the same spot when it travels, then you could go back or forward to a different year, but it would have to be the same date and time. Man time paradox is sooooo cool!!
Couldn't you go back in time like 5 minutes, so you had 2 time machines, build a larger time machine, put the 2 time in it etc, etc, ergo - mass producing time machines to be sold on ebay as you please. But i guess you'd have time paradoxes happening at a silly rate with all the people switching times in numerous time machines. Wicked cool paradoxes!

I think Time Travel wouldn't be a displacement of position in space but more like a fast forward or rewind on a VHS tape. You'd still be in the relative position that you would have been on the "tape". Which brings me to an interesting question if this theory is to hold true. Rewinding the tape would make sense... but would you retain your memory of the future? Also, if going forward would you GAIN the memory that was "fast forwarded" by?
