In Warioware Touched!, (DS) you get a record player that can play one of the character's theme song. If you spin the record really fast you can hear a really creepy phrase. "I have granted kids to hell."
Also, in Terranigma (SNES) there is one magirock that is impossible to obtain. One time, playing a PS2 demo version of some WWII video game (I forget which one) a soldier was hit by a bomb or grenade or something and his body flew up in the air and then lodged itself 1/2 way into a wall of some building so only his lower half was sticking out. That totally creeped me out.
Gotta love demo versions.

like in star wars battle front when thermal detonator explodes in the bunker on endor bodies fly into walls and get lodged in
also in battle for endor 2.5 tie fighters fly through ships
and in twisted metal small brawl shoot the duck with 5 fire missile and it turns into a turky
also in spider man for playstation go to the password screen type in a curse word and it will change it to a random word (for example is i put sh*t it would be love or cinimon or milk)

Annoying glitch: In Tron 2.0 when you're over clocking the system and after you're done leaping around on those platforms, all platforms will rase you to the upper levels.... in mine, they keep going up and down, up and down..... with no way across! ARG!

ok, here's 2 [they're not really glitches, and you might know about them already but i don't care  ]:
in the last level of doom 2 the "biggest and most horrendous demon of them all" is actually John Romero, one of the game's designers.
annnd...
in the same level, the words that this demon says are actually
"To win the game, you must beat me, John Romero."
but backwards!
