There are clips now available on the amazon.com site
The creation of Tron clips are very interesting.
Someone wanted the music that is played in the Laser Bay which is either that or when Lora and Flynn are sneaking around on the "Little Interludes" track.
It seems like the Tron tracks are a little short, which is a bummer, but better than nothing.

At first I was excited by the prospect of hearing music originally scripted for Tron that didn't make the movie, or the subsequent soundtrack. But having heard the 'snippets' on amazon, I don't think those, keen to buy this product on the strength of the Tron sections (no pun intended), should waste their money.
Creation of Tron V. 1
A slightly thicker and less ethereal version of that we've all come to love and know on the soundtrack.
Creation of Tron V. 2
Again, some nuances differ, but nothing expansive or interesting.
Lightcycle Games
An official version of the score everyone (most probably) already has.
Anthem [Studio Version]
An analogue version; it definitely sounds thicker in context. And that's about it.
Little Interludes
The incedental music in Dillinger's office prior to the laser bay. A welcome edition that should have been on the original soundtrack anyway. Nuff said.
Trinitron
Basically Tron Action. Could you spot the differences? Answers on a Tron postcard to...
Now. The music played as Alan goes into the laser bay has still been omitted. Why? Sure, I/O is on Digitial Moonscapes, and we have the Lightcycle Theme - which is essentially what it is, only slower and played with a bigger string section (killer violins!!!) - but this is the one piece of music I've been craving for ages. Sheesh!
And another thing, Stanley, where is the incedental music just as Flynns says "nice looking ship you got here"? OK, it's just a short link, but i like this little introduction.
It's a pity we couldn't get a full score minus the dialogue from the film. Oh well, one can hope...
Overall though, as I said, if you're buying this purely for the Tron content, forget it. Save it and go buy a Yellow Magic Orchestra or Michael Tippett CD instead.

Yeah, Red 5, I have to agree. I don't think the Tron tracks are going to be anything earth shattering. Mostly demos. I was hoping for some long tracks that had been omitted from the soundtrack, but are in the film (oddly enough the deleted scene music made it on the original soundtrack LP... how odd is that?)
So, yeah, somewhat of a letdown... however good news for me is I am looking forward to the other tracks as well, so not all is lost
