I have been lurking around this message board for a while and I desiced to post.
I hate to be a bit offtopic but personally I would think that it may encourge you people to make a tron like game with that engine. I know some of you guys use darkbasic pro, truevision3D and such however, I wanted to introduce you guys this engine to see if you heard of this engine or not.
It's called http://www.panda3d.org
It's opensouce, free, and has the ability to create game in a short period of time says the description.
Anyways, I thought of coming up with a game that would take place in computer cyberspace like TRON. But not with TRON related characters or designs in it. It's a bit hard to describe.
But anyways, I may reconsider installing that engine again.

Well here's another interesting Tron connection -- according to the site, it was developed by Disney... that almost begs for someone to make a Tron game with it (to brings things full circle).
Panda3D was developed by Disney for their massively multiplayer online game, Toontown. It was released as free software in 2002. Panda3D is now developed jointly by Disney and Carnegie Mellon University's Entertainment Technology Center.
