Okay so we played "Tron" the Arcade Game by Bally.
We have seen "Tron" the movie directed by Steven Lisberger.
We have played "Tron" 2.0 which is awesome.
We now have the GBA of "Tron" with the original "Tron" Arcade.
One Question: When is "Tron" the ride coming out?
I know when I was in Epcot Center in the 1980's the ride "World Of Motion" sponsored by General Motors had us riding in a real life "Light Cycle" in the end.
Man do I ever miss that ride!
"You got the touch, you got the power, you got the world of motion!"

Back when I lived in California, my family and I went to Disneyland often. There was a section on the People Mover that took you through the “Tron Tunnel.” Many of you may be familiar with this, but for those who aren’t:

I loved this ride; it really took the Tron experience to a whole new level. As far as I know, the Tron Tunnel and the World of Motion were the closest things to Tron rides that were ever built. Though both of these have since been dismantled, I would love to see a new Tron ride take form!

There was actually a "Tron tunnel ride"?
I think I recall a friend of mine stating a "Tron attraction" one time some years ago in Florida not in the California / L.A. vicinity.
Something of just being a "walk through Tron tunnel" not exactly a "ride".
I guess I must be confusing the two locations?
Nice to know that you "only solutions user" have rode the "World Of Motion" sponsored by General Motors in the original Epcot Center!
If you where a die hard Tron fan you had to be visiting the original Epcot Center when "World Of Motion" was there.
This ride was really huge!
If you ever rode the "World Of Motion" sponsored by General Motors you know how it feels like to ride in an actual Light Cycle!
"Only solutions user" would you be kind enough to share what your "Tron tunnel ride" experience was like in California?

There was not a TRON Tunnel Ride.
There was a ride called The People Mover
One section of the ride passed though The TRON Tunnel. I have a video clip of it to post. I will try to do so today.
The World of Motion version of this was the same as far as I know.
I have ridden the Disneyland version, but not the Disney World version.order abortion pill http://unclejohnsprojects.com/template/default.aspx?morning-after-pill-price where to buy abortion pillwhere to buy abortion pill abortion types buy abortion pill online

I don't know what the parameters of this web site is but does anyone have a picture of the
"World Of Motion" sponsored by General Motors?
It seems this web site has every picture of anything Tron related except that "World Of Motion".
I'm looking through my family pictures and can't find it.
No one understands how big the "World Of Motion" sponsored by General Motors was.
Actually in the "World Of Motion" sponsored by General Motors there was a futuristic city that looked very very "Tronish".
Too much like the Tron computer world to be exact.
I just loved how my white clothes glowed blue just as we where to enter the area for the Light Cycles!

Yeah, sorry for the confusion—the Tron Tunnel was only part of the People Mover ride (still very well done in my opinion). As for my experiences, Doug, I must have ridden through it about 50 times. I think that the site did a pretty good job of describing what the tunnel was like:

Anyways, I’m looking forward to seeing the video, DaveTron!

I could swear there was a "Tron tunnel walk through" somewhere in Florida as my friend was describing it.
I will look in to it unless some other user that can step forward verifying an existence of such a "Tron tunnel walk through" entertainment venue.
I might just as well be wrong.
Based on what I'm seeing on the website that "Only solutions 1980" user has posted I would say the "World Of Motion" sponsored by General Motors "Tron experience" is different from that of the "People Mover Tron tunnel".
Not to say that both experiences where totally awesome!
As a history lesson I can remember people unloading from the ride of "World Of Motion" and having a bunch of teenagers say to each other "Greetings Programs!"
Steven Lisberger would have been proud.

Yes I visited Epcot Center the first week it opened with my family and wife. In fact I still have the ticket stubs for the World Of Motion. It was a pleasure to have Tron references in its speed tunnels. Nice to know some people actually remembered it for I completely forgot all about it. Doug I have private photos of WOM in case your are interested.
No walk through tunnel ever existed anywhere. You are wrong!
There are not plans as far to my knowledge of a Tron ride but it would be nice to already have one.

I recall a section of Journey into Imagination having a portion where your car rides through a tunnel with the wormhole scene ala dreamflight.
There was also a proposed "TRON Arcade"(which DAVETRON has posted a picture of in archives)
I would also love to see the tron tunnel vid. Unfortunately, ther is no TROn tunnel in WDW's peoplemover

This ride had the 3D spectacular "Captain E.O." directed by Mr. George Lucas.
I don't remember any type of "Tron" references or scenes from the movie "Tron" in the original "Journey Into Imagination" sponsored by Kodak.
Nothing about "Tron" in its projection tunnels.
I'm trying to remember if "Captain E.O." by Mr. George Lucas had anything "Tron" related in it.order abortion pill morning after pill price where to buy abortion pill

Yes, I'm also looking forward to seeing the video. I feel like I really missed out since I never got to experience it first-hand.
I'm getting out of here right now, and you guys are invited. -----^ |
