With this post, I'm now at 100!
w00t!
Now, if I can just catch up here to what MY message board status is (nearly 6,500) I'll be making a name for myself!
Thanks to everyone for being so cool to me and for making me feel part of the group. I hope to meet you all someday.

Well, I dress like a pimp (meaning flashy clothes - not leopard print stuff, but cool shirts like my Storm Shadow and Snake Eyes shirts, my Playboy Talent Scout shirt and countless others). Plus, I study the concept of pimping. I proudly own a copy of Iceberg Slim's "Pimp: the Story of My Life" and quote the Hughes Brothers' uber-cool documentary "American Pimp" all the time.
Then, I study Aikido and Iaijutsu - hence the "Dragon" part of my name.
Put them together, and you get The PimpDragon! It was also the name of a character I created for myself in the days of the Sega Saturn and Fire Pro Wrestling - Six Man Scramble.
So, ever since then, I've been The PimpDragon Kevin Pauley. My main crew of friends (we refer to ourselves as the 108 Dragons) have hockey jerseys with our logo and colors and mine proudly has "PIMPDRAGON" across the back!

I spoke to Jay Maynard, The TRON Guy, this morning and mentioned to him my desire to do some screenings around the US.
I had been wanting to ask him if he'd appear in costume. He says he's up for it.
Perhaps in the early part of 2005 we can locate some cinemas capable of handing the new 35mm print and set up some screenings across the US.

Love the origin of your handle by the way. You need to send in some pics of you in your pimp gear. Perhaps something TRON pimpy, like that brief scene in the movie with the digital hookers.

Screenings all across the USA, from shore to shore (or at least a few cities other than L.A.) would be absolutely awesome. Or, in pimp-speak: "3 times dope!"

And I'm gonna do all I can to get a screening here in my hometown of Charleston, WV.
Who knows? If timing works out, you may catch Jennifer Garner here when she comes to visit her family!
She's super-nice. I spoke with her for like 45 minutes at a coffee shop about Daredevil!
Maybe she's down with Tron?

I even have a signed copy of Elektra #1 thanks to Miss Garner!
She is an uber-cool gal! Period! She's nice, down to earth and approachably pretty (not glamourous "You don't deserve to even look at me" pretty). We had a great time and she was thrilled to tell us all about Daredevil as long as we didn't go to AICN or any other movie website and blabbermouth the info - which we didn't.
If you ever do see her, she's an easy celebrity to talk to!
