Going to meet David Warner at the UK event, about an hours drive for me. Just wondered if anyone else had met him and whats he like?
By the way "Greetings programs" my first post.

Welcome to the Sector. TRONProgram has met him before I believe.
Anybody else have an opportunity to meet David Warner in the past?

I really like his work. I remember him from Time Bandits. Great film. It's odd, imdb.com lists him as the voice of the MCP. I always thought the MCP was a computer generated voice. Is this not so?

Yep, he had three roles in TRON. Dillinger, Sark and the MCP.

I think it'd be cool if his voice was captured saying new MCP stuff, just in case a new Tron movie came out some day. Of course, you'd need a script and all that... but oh well. Maybe just for fun then -- e.g., for Tron screensavers and Windows environment sounds and the such.

Hi Foilism,
Yeah going to the NEC, I live in Milton Keynes so you're not far away. Have you always been a Tron fan? Most underated movie ever!!!
I emailed the people Davids involved with and they said I should be able to get a pick with him if the queues aren't too big. Fingers crossed.
Bruce Boxleitner is gonna be in London sometime in the near future at the London expo, check out the website.
