ok... just a quick opinion question.
the 'purple disc inhaler", I belive it's called advair, I use.
when I inhale, I always drink a glass of water afterwords, like I'm supposed to, but I wonder if you're supposed to hold your breath in for a few seconds, like a normal one?
I lost the instrections and I wondered... heh, opinion?

You need to hold your breath for 10 sec or so. Bascily this is to make sure your lungs have enough time to 'absorb/exchange' the full dose. And you're not supposed to drink water, instead you need to rise your mouth without swallowing. You probably know this, but also make sure not to get the disc wet.

And never, no matter how much it begs, now matter how much it cries, NEVER feed it after midnight! 
Seriously though, I use abuterol (sp?) in an inhaler (again, sp?). What is this "disk"?
