I just got 2.0 and have gotten to the reco package transport level.
I decided I should also download the updates for 2.0 so I have all the patches.
Now I can't seem to load my old game state files - it just hangs...
Anyone know how to fix this?

I don't think you can. The patches all come with warnings that you will not be able to play saved games after updating.
You may be able to back up your saved games, uninstall and then reinstall TRON 2.0, don't apply the patch, and then restore your saved games. After you finish the game then patch it so you can play online.
