I just got the call this morning. I've got a job and I should be starting the week of the 15th. This time last week I got a call and they did a phone interview. They flew me out last Thursday and I had my on-site interview Friday. And this morning they called to let me know they'll be giving me an offer. I should get the official letter this week. I'm so so happy. I wanted to tell everyone about the interview but the last time I did that it all fell apart and thought I'd keep it a secret till I knew more this time. I'll be moving to Starkville, MS in the next few weeks. Anyone from here in that area already?

Thanks everyone. Yes Scuzzy... it sure does feel good. I've been unemployed 6 months now so believe me I'm ready to get back to work.

Is it in the same line of work as before?
I guess you'll be pretty busy now, but I hope you still find some time to work on those awesome TRON models you were playing with!

Yes... I'll still be doing Epitaxy. It won't be just Silicon though but Silicon Carbide this time. Its a much newer field and I believe it will prove to be very exciting. I already know I'll be going to Germany in April for some training. My old job never sent me to Europe. I'm really looking forward to it.

Yes... I'm sure I'll be busy but now that I know I have an artistic side and I've learned the basics of playing with POV-Ray I'm sure I'll be playing for a long time to come.
