I heard the news earlier today too.
I loved that show as a young boy and watched it all the time.
I even have an Uncle Gene, that as a kid, I would always call "Mr. Greenjeans". He didn't look like him, but his name was close enough for me.
Yep, that show was much loved in my early years.
