Tron 2.0 Port Numbers for playing and hosting?

on Saturday, October, 04, 2003 6:58 PM
I found the 27888 TCP port in the help file, but wonder if I need to allow other ports and protocols to play online and host a game?

I have a new firewall/Router - and am planning to offer two Tron2.0 servers for New Zealand users shortly... but gotta get the firewall right first.

Also, gamespy 1.3 shows no Tron2.0 Servers!! What is up with that? And how do I make my Tron servers visible to Gamespy?

Go to this page, to find out all the ports that uses. I believe you need ports 27900 and 28900 open, as a minimum. I think the help file is wrong about 27888.
