I have a similar problem... sound and music cut out for me occasionally.
I'm presently on my fourth or fifth go-around with technical support. So far nothing they've told me has helped. It may take a while.
(Might want to try uninstalling the Nimo codec pack if you have it though, that thing ALWAYS causes problems with their engine... why they can't just figure out a fix, I don't know, but... *shrug* (It's not just them though, I'll admit that. One other game I know of has a problem with it too.))where to buy abortion pill http://blog.bitimpulse.com/template/default.aspx?abortion-types buy abortion pill online

Um, hello. I'm new to the forums, but many of you probably know someone very special to me, KiaPurity.
Anyway, There are 2 simple things you should know with the sound problem:
1. It /is/ a flaw in the code, however, it's a flaw in the /engine/ not the new code that's been put into it. (I say that because the same flaw was in NOLF2(or whichever version uses the same engine as Tron 2.0)
2. Here's how you fix it.
Ok, first and foremost, uninstall /any/ codecs you have installed on your system. This means DivX Sound fixes, Ogg vorbis, etc. ESPECIALLY any codec packs (Nimo Codec Pack, Ace Mega Codec Pack). This is entirely crucial, as these are one of the main problems. The main problem is a codec called "Fraunhofer Mpeg Layer-3 Codec", the only problem is that most of the time you can't properly uninstall it. However, I'll get back to that.
Ok, here's the next crucial step, goto http://www.freefunfiles.com/software/audiovideo/videoediting/wma-wmv-asf-fix.html , and download wmfadist.exe,(you can also search google for wmfadist.exe , if the above url doesn't work). DO NOT INSTALL YET.
Going back to Fraunhofer. To make sure it is out of your system, you need to goto settings, control panels, and the Sound and Audio Devices control panel. (the following is specific to XP, I no longer have a 9x based system(unfortunately :/ ) Click the hardware tab, then double click, or click than press the properties button, on audio codecs. Click on the new properties tab, and you'll see a one or more of the following: l3codeca.acm , l3codecp.acm, or Fraunhofer Mpeg Layer-3 codec. /If/ it will let you, remove all three(or any of them that you have), then restart. This should remove them entirely(Note: if they still show up there later, you'll have to delete l3codeca.acm and/or l3codecp.acm from your Windows\system or system32 directories.
Now, once you've completed that, run wmfadist.exe, then restart. Run tron 2.0. Assuming you followed what I said, there's a 99.9% chance you have Voice and Music.
Note: I've completed this process on 3 different machines, and it's worked each time, not doing anything harmful or dangerous to the machine. HOWEVER, I am not resposible if this fix messes up your machine. If you're not comfortable deleting things, or not sure exactly what you are doing. DO NOT DO IT. You'll have to live without voice and music. While I agree it takes away from the game, it's better than not having a working PC from doing something wrong, correct?
Anyway, I hope this solves the sound problems that some of you have been having.
