Someone at Tron20.net told me that NECA sells Glow-in-the-dark versions of the their Tron 2.0 figures. Is this true? I havent seen any of these anywhere? Anyone else?

They don't really glow in the dark, they glow under black light. At least mine don't/do.

There are special editions that do indeed glow in the dark / under blacklights.

They came in normal crates. Like 1 out of every 20 figures was a special edition.

Then why haven't I seen pictures of 'em? >> They're not even listed on NECA's site. Only Tron 2.0 and Tron figures. That's all. o.o

I work in a comic store and i'm pretty sure my boss said he unpacked limited edition versions. :shrug:

The rumor was, and still is to my knowledge, that these figures would be released later in the year, around November. I have not heard anything since I first heard that rumor. We had cases of them at Disney, and I think we would have seen a variant if they existed. They don't.

Thanks for clearing up that rumor Dave. If you hear any news on these figures, please let the forum know. I think, these figures should have glowed in the dark in the first place.
