i started to model a recognizer in 3ds max... it has no textures or anything yet its not even finnished i havent welded the 2 halfs nor have i modeled the "head" yet i just wanted to let u guuys know i'm doin one.
it will be released on my site http://www.daaandesigns.com when done in 2 formats
format 1: 3ds for those of u with access to max or other 3d progs that can view 3ds files
format 2: is NIF format. the model format for Star Trek bridge commander. its gonna be added to the game as a mod.

I like them all. Please, be careful about the colours --- I think it's pretty cool to see a "Rainbow Recognizer" anyway

The recognizers looks good by me. The colors looks nice on it. I like it with the new paint job on it.

those are just the colours of the polygons that make it up. in max u can work with different coloured sections so u know what is what by its colour just makes it easier to texture later.. it will be that dark green with red out lines like the film.
i also plan to do flynn's damaged one with blue out lines.
