Cindy Morgan was born in Chicago, IL. and graduated from Northern Illinois University with a degree in communications. She began her career as a disc jockey on a Chicago radio station and then as a weather person on television in Rockford and Milwaukee. In addition, she also did modeling for advertisements (Bell and Howell, Vic Tanney-Fair Lady Health Spas), magazines (Beauty Talk) and commercials (Irish Spring).

In 1978, Cindy moved to LA and landed the role as Lacey Underall in the hit comedy Caddyshack opposite Chevy Chase and Billy Murray. From there, she found her way to Tron where she costarred in the dual role of Lora and Yori. After Tron, she continued working with Bruce Boxleitner on the TV series Bring 'Em Back Alive and appeared throughout the 80's and 90's in various roles on TV such as Falcon Crest, Chips, Matlock and the film Galaxis. She also associate produced and appeared in three movies for Showtime (Out There, Dead Weekend and Amanda and the Alien).

She is currently in the process of relocating to NYC where she has plans to work in Theater.
