Hey guys, would anyone be interested in doing a Tron viewing party next weekend? I guess the way it would work is we all log on to the IRC chat and start the movie(s) at the same time, then discuss it as it plays. Would anyone be interested in doing such a thing?

What a great idea!
I'd love to join in on the weekend and even grab a bag of popcorn for the show.
I'm long overdue on re-watching Tron and could use some social activity in between job hunting.

So, I don't know when we're supposed to start the movie. I didn't see anyone on the chat on TS (if that's the irc we're supposed to use).

Yeah, I'm not sure when or where either. Wasn't coordinated very well  I wouldn't have been able to do it anyways, I just wanted some of your popcorn  I just checked IRC here, too, and nobody was on.

A Tron viewing party would be the ultimate nerd party for me. It would be so fun.
This site used to have so many users all over the place, even before Legacy came out.
I liked being able to go online on the weekends and play Tron 2.0 multiplayer with everyone or lightcycles. I'm a little busy right now, but even then when I get spare time I rarely catch anyone playing.

Yeah I remember the old days even before Legacy man programs and users were here.
I wonder what happened? people came back during Legacy but then left again.
I do know a lot of programs are active on facebook. Some on reddit..
maybe that's what happened.
