It might be just a little bit earlier then actually.

In the episode where Tron surrenders himself to the re-purposed Cutter on board the Super-Recognizer (and after Beck rescues him before he is completely converted) it crashes into Argon and Able's garage.
When Tron and Beck try to escape the wreckage, and Pavel and the Guards go out to capture them, Mara, Zed and the others then make their stand again them, much to Pavel's anger ("Your all fired!").
The reason why I'm saying this is because, in that scene, both Bartek and Hopper are among those making there stand!

I've included a screenshot from that episode (which I've found) here. If you were to count 7 Programs in from the RIGHT he's in the crowd (next to Link):

Hopper, on the other hand, is on the LEFT, about 4 Programs in.

There is another version of this particular image that I've seen where someone else has actually circled them, but I cant find that one at the moment. :P
