They should release Space Paranoids for home consoles!

Well when I went to ElecTRONica in 2011 i loved played Space Paranoids Arcade...
but why doens't disney just release this for download in the WII Shop etc?

I think it would be a great game!!

Also if they don't do that at least give us a game where we have tank VS reco battles!!
I want to feel like Flynn when he was looking for the scuzzy data.. and he had to blast to many of them! lol

Indeed! Would love to see that on iOS android with online abilities.

They do have that Tron Battle Grids for Wii....

But I want some Space Paranoids damm it! lol

MCP, have you tried http://www.spaceparanoidsonline.com/? I think it's pretty close to what we saw Flynn playing in his arcade. The controls are a little odd (tank style would have worked better for me), but I think it's fun. Multiplayer online would be cool, granted. Also try http://w3g.ca/alpha.html. Not literally tron related, but has that vibe.

I have tried the online one but it didn't work for me.
Maybe because I run linux....

but I would like Space Paranoids for my home console...
or at least a PC version..

The "Atari Flashback" has some games that look identical to the 82 graphics. Makes sense considering that TRON '82 was emulating that style.

"surround" is the exact same concept as "light cycles"

"battlezone" delivers the same experience as "space paranoids" would, but the style is not a match

Just did some reading and found that "Battlezone" was Jeff Bridges' favorite game at the time of filming TRON.

Yes it is they should just release Tron Arcade and Space Paranoids on A CD....
or just in the Wii Shop or something.. i want it now! lol
