That was the only place that I could see it from a while ago. Maybe they decided to go belly up or they are just having problems with the server. Who know. could be many things...

If I remember correctly it was something similar to like Disc of Tron. Or very similar to if I remember correctly.

It's a fan-made Tron game, shorty. There are several out there, mostly lightcycle games but sometimes they pay tribute to other parts of the game (or movie)
